Thank you for making our project a reality! By now, you should all have received an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey.
You need to respond to this survey as quickly as possible since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. You don't need to create a BackerKit account to fill out the survey.
After you respond to the survey, if you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link of the survey email again.
We will start locking the orders very soon (Saturday)!
That means that after this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge credit cards of file for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you have any questions regarding the survey, you can always contact us directly on [email protected], but answering your survey will help us get your rewards out to you faster.

Dear Backers,
First of all, thank you for your patience!
We apologize for the radio silence in the last few weeks.
When the campaign was over, we had no idea how widespread the Coronavirus would become, as a global health crisis, and the extent of its impact on our business and our plans to begin shipping the Spinciti E-Bikes in April.
We are working around the clock to fully understand the impact of the Coronavirus on our manufacturing and supply chain. This is a global health issue, and we are a small company that requires our (Taiwan-based) factory to be in full operation. We are relieved to know that our U.S. production team, in China and Taiwan, are safe and healthy. They are working to assure the minimum impact on delivery, and without sacrificing the quality of the E-bikes.
Since we started production during the campaign, our team in Asia sent us the first production batch of the bikes, and they are in our U.S. distribution center. However, one of the challenges of manufacturing an E-Bike is the selection of color, frame style & frame size.
We currently have 250 bikes on hand. We will ship the bikes to our first backers according to the availability of the selected frame style, size, and color. The first bike will arrive in late March, early April. However, we might have a few backers that will need to wait a bit longer if we sold out of the bike they selected.
Keep An Eye Out for The BackerKit Surveys Next Week!
You can expect to receive the survey to confirm your order next week. The BackerKit survey will let you update your shipping information and select the color, frame size & style, before we ship.
We don’t need anything from you yet, except for you to keep an eye on your inbox: we will post another update about this when the survey is out.

Hi there, friends!
Now that the campaign is officially complete, our team is kicking our production and manufacturing processes into high gear. As we mentioned in an earlier update, we’re still right on track for all of the perk delivery dates. You can check which perk you selected in order to find out when your perk is set to ship out (shipping will begin in March and continue until all orders are delivered).
The Fun Isn’t Over Yet
Even though the standard Indiegogo pre-order campaign has ended, we’ve decided to set up shop for further pre-orders here on Indiegogo using their “InDemand” model of pre-order sales. It even uses the same link so it’s super easy to share with folks who may not have been able to get their pre-orders in before the campaign officially ended over the weekend.
As an original backer, you received the best discounts we will ever offer. New pre-orders made during this InDemand period will still be discounted, though they’ll have less of a discount than was offered to you.

You can expect to receive an email and survey to confirm your shipping address in February.
We will be using a platform called BackerKit - it’s a trusted resource for a TON of crowdfunding campaigns and will help us make sure that your Spinciti E-Bike is shipped out to you on time. IMPORTANT: Expect a BackerKit Survey Via Email
We’ll be using BackerKit as a fulfillment partner to make sure everyone receives their Spinciti E-Bike as quickly as possible. Start keeping an eye on your inbox; you can expect a shipping survey (to confirm your address, name, etc.) within the next 2-3 weeks. We’ll be sure to let you know with an Indiegogo update like this one when they’ve all been sent out.
This survey will be MANDATORY - we need your confirmation from the shipping survey in order to ship out your Spinciti E-Bike(s).
Manufacturing Continues On Track
As we mentioned in last week’s update, we’re making great progress at our factory and will be ready for an on-time shipment in March of this year.
